Nearida holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from James Cook University, Australia and over the last 14 years has worked in a number of musculoskeletal and specialised pelvic health private practices in both Australia and the United Arab Emirates.
Nearida also has extensive experience in the treatment and management of a wide range of complex continence and pelvic health conditions across the population, and after completing her Postgraduate Clinical Masters’ Degree in Continence and Women’s Health from Curtin University, Australia, holds a specialist title.
Concurrent to her role as a physiotherapist, Nearida has also worked in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor and trainer. Nearida’s approach to health is centred on an integrated and holistic methodology that emphasises the importance of evidence-based practice combined with lifestyle modifications. She believes in empowering her patients through education and personalised care plans, ensuring they remain active and engaged in their health journeys.
