Sarah Benngard
Sarah has always been fascinated by the human body and medicine, earning a BSc (Hons) in Medical Science in 1999. After fracturing her pelvis and seeking help from various professionals to regain her mobility, she discovered osteopathy. The incredible treatments she received, including craniosacral osteopathy, inspired her to become an osteopath herself, aiming to help others feel as good as she did after treatment.
After graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc (Hons) in Osteopathy, she began her career at Riviera Osteo on the Côte d’Azur, France, where she worked for seven years before relocating to Abu Dhabi.

Valentina helped me considerably whilst I was pregnant and had lower back pain. She also supported my son, from 6 weeks of age with reflux. And what a difference it made after 3-4 sessions, he was much less irritated and his sleep improved. Valentina has also helped my husband with neck pain. I’ve been delighted to discover this place, where the specialists are really understanding your unique body and its strengths and weaknesses. I came here for the first time after a very painful month with my neck completely blocked! Valentina, not only managed to unlock it, but also found the root-cause of my problem and addressed me to the right doctor (which in my case was a dentist!).
