I went to try sport massage with Menna. My muscles were too tight which I couldn’t perform well in my training sessions. Menna helped me a lot with loosing the muscle. It felt great doing a workout in the next day.Menna will be my default choice for sport massage for now ✌🏻

I've had couple of Sports massage sessions with Menna and I can already tell the difference with the treatment. My issues come from a time when I was still a professional dancer and I had a chance to work with many physiotherapists - Menna is definitely one of the most skilled and best ones I've met. She is very precise in her treatment and can provide a very strong and effective massage which can give an immediate relief.

It was my first time to visit perfect balance. Menna was my therapist, she first understood my needs and accordingly conducted the massage. It was a very painful but very effective massage. Especially if you are a person who regularly goes to gym, I highly recommend this place for sports massage. Menna was a very kind, calm and strong therapist.

Hiten is an exceptional physiotherapist - I can't recommend him enough. He is so knowledgeable about how the body works, and is like a detective at discovering the underlying reasons why you might be experiencing pain... He fixed at least 3 different issues for me, including a partial shoulder tear with bone bruise that is now back at full capacity. He does dry needling and other manual therapy as well as works with you in the gym to teach you exercises that will help strengthen and stabilize. Hiten's vibe is so positive... he really makes you feel important and well taken care of. Go see him, you won't regret it! 🙂

Would 100% recommend Eamon at Perfect Balance. I was in incredible pain with my neck and shoulder after travelling last summer and had visited several well known hospitals for physiotherapy. These had not only failed to alleviate my excruciating pain but often exacerbated my condition. After being told by another specialist that surgery was my only option for a cervical spine disc herniation, I decided to seek a second opinion. Eamon was recommended to me by a colleague and not only did he help to alleviate my pain in the first few sessions but also helped me to avoid surgery altogether. From the first conversation, my mind was immediately put at ease as Eamon explained my personalised treatment plan. He would talk me through every process and answered any questions comprehensively. Eamon’s expertise and professional approach proved to be an investment in my health and physical well-being which I would gladly make again without hesitation. Thank you, Eamon.
