How do I get reimbursed?<\/span>\n<\/h4>\n<div class=\"qodef-accordion-content\">\n\t<div class=\"qodef-accordion-content-inner\">\n\t\t[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<div class=\"faq-content\">\n<div class=\"faq-content-inner\">\n<h4 class=\"navy-color\">Direct Billing Services<\/h4>\n<p class=\"gray-color\">We offer direct billing for patients under (TBC) for (TBC) services.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gray-color\">Please check if your individual coverage covers the service which you are choosing to avail.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gray-color\">We also ask that you enquire with your insurance company whether you are required to have a medical referral prior to commencing your treatment. This referral may need to be obtained from your Family Medicine Doctor, General Practitioner Doctor, or a Specialist.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gray-color\">To see our Pediatrician, you often do not need to get a referral, however we recommend you double check with your insurance company prior to attending to avoid disappointment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-content-inner\">\n<h4 class=\"navy-color\">Pay and Claim Services (Insurance Reimbursement)<\/h4>\n<p class=\"gray-color\">For all other insurance providers, we offer a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irmi.com\/term\/insurance-definitions\/claims-paid-policy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;Pay and Claim Policy\u201d.<\/a> Please verify your coverage with your insurance company and check if a Doctor or Specialist referral is required to claim back the treatment fees. Access to visitor parking is on the right-hand side.<\/li>\n<li>Security Access: Once parked, walk back to the front entrance, and security can let you up to the 21st floor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"faq-content-inner\">\n<h4 class=\"navy-color\">Square Parking:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Under Marina Square Townhouse.<\/li>\n<li>Directions: Take the first right when Tamouh Tower is on the left. The entrance to the parking will be on your right (second entrance if the visitor parking).<\/li>\n<li>Access to Tamouh Tower: Exit the car park and turn left. Prices vary and depend on the service and number of sessions purchased. Completed sessions will be charged at the regular rate, and this amount will be deducted from the reimbursement. Not attending your appoitnment without notice will result in a 100% session fee charges (no show). Cancelling less than 3 hours prior to the appointment will result in 50% session fee charges.
