We look forward to welcoming you and helping you with your path to recovery.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fvisit-item\">\n<h2 class=\"dark-pink-color\">What do you need to bring?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"gray-color no-margin\">Please bring the following documents (if applicable and if available):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"gray-color\">A printed copy of your referral from your Doctor or Specialist.<\/li>\n<li class=\"gray-color\">Any investigations and medical reports you have had (e.g. x-ray, MRI, CT scan, blood test, operation report, etc.).<\/li>\n<li class=\"gray-color\">Medication and dietary supplement details.<\/li>\n<li class=\"gray-color\">Valid form of identification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fvisit-item\">\n<h2 class=\"dark-pink-color\">Insurance<\/h2>\n<p class=\"gray-color\">Even if you are using Pay and Claim treatment, we invite you to check with your insurance company prior to your appointment if you require a Doctor or Specialist referral to Osteopathy. You may be required to get this prior to your appointment so that you can be reimbursed by your insurance company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gray-color\">For more information, please see <a class=\"underline\" href=\"\/opbmc\/\/insurance-pricing\/\">Insurance Page.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fvisit-item\">\n<h2 class=\"dark-pink-color\">Patient Registration<\/h2>\n<p class=\"gray-color\">Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your initial assessment to allow time to fill out the \u2018New Patient starter forms\u2019. The receptionist can help guide you through the forms.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fvisit-item\">\n<h2 class=\"dark-pink-color\">What to wear for your Osteopathy treatment?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"gray-color\">Please ensure you wear clothes that are comfortable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gray-color\">For the purposes of Osteopathy, please wear clothes that we can assess your movement and posture in and that you are comfortable to do exercise in. It is advised you bring sports clothes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gray-color\">You may be asked to expose the area of injury or a particular body part.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fvisit-item\">\n<h2 class=\"dark-pink-color\">Parking<\/h2>\n<p class=\"gray-color\">We offer access to private parking in the building.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gray-color\">When booking your appointment, our Reception team will provide you with all the details needed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gray-color\">The parking is located under Tamouh Tower: Turn right towards the Tamouh Tower entrance (near the flags), continue straight past the main entrance.
