Payment for services is the sole responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full at the end of each treatment session. Taxes are not applicable to therapy services.<\/p>\n
Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment for any cancellation\/rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are subject to a 50% charge, and no-shows result in a 100% charge of the therapy fee.<\/p>\n
Arriving late for appointments will result in a full session fee charge, and the session will not extend beyond the scheduled time.<\/p>\n
Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, post-pay (for packages only), payment link (credit card), cash (in clinic), and credit\/debit card (in clinic). Please note that American Express credit cards are not accepted.<\/p>\n
In the event of a reimbursement request, charges apply based on the total package price. Completed sessions will be charged at the regular rate, and this amount will be deducted from the reimbursement. This policy is subject to management discretion.<\/p>\n
